Here are your tasks ###

• You take the operational direction of the service team with two other heads of service & report directly to the restaurant management, both in à la carte service, half board and full board, during banquets and events - lead and support our 40 service employees
• You are the reliable and charming interlocutor in our three restaurants - individual and professional welcome of guests, from reception to departure
• You report directly to the restaurant management
• You are responsible for efficient staff planning - agile, foresightful and proactive
• You support a first-class service - compliance with quality standards and hygiene rules
• You are co-responsible for a smooth running of the service - collaboration in a team and with other departments
• You are responsible for the training and mentoring of our apprentices
• You assume responsibilities in personnel management and support your team on a daily basis

What we expect from you ###

• You have professional experience in a similar position in high-end gastronomy
• You have completed training as a restaurant specialist CFC
• Additional training in the field of gastronomy or management is an advantage
• You have completed the professional trainer course & have experience in mentoring apprentices
• You are an enthusiastic host
• You possess in-depth knowledge in the field of wines and beverages
• You have already acquired initial experience in management
• You have an exceptional sense of service and are always ready to make an extra effort for our guests and employees
• You enjoy contact with guests, are communicative and always remain considerate and friendly
• You speak German - other languages are a plus
• Knowledge of Lightspeed and Aleno is an advantage
