To complete our team, Clinique La Prairie is looking for: Dietitian ## Job definition and mission Ensure personalized nutritional care for patients and clients, promote health through a balanced diet based on scientific data, and contribute to an interdisciplinary approach in collaboration with medical and hospitality teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Nutritional care for in-house patients • Welcome international patients and define their diet • Explain the nutritional concept of the programs • Ensure personalized daily nutritional coaching • Utilize medical results (laboratory, body composition, etc.) • Provide nutritional advice according to medical prescription • Ensure the follow-up of patient data in the system (OPALE) • Write dietary reports for doctors Coordination with catering • Collaborate with the kitchen, restaurant and housekeeping • Transmit necessary information for meal preparation • Supervise meal quality and patient satisfaction • Advise patients in the restaurant regarding their food choices Care for hospitalized patients • Plan menus based on pathologies and specific needs • Adapt meals according to the evolution of the patient's condition • Collaborate with medical and nursing teams • Ensure follow-up of nutritional files • Conduct dietary assessments Care for outpatient patients • Conduct dietary consultations • Develop nutritional education (prevention and treatment) • Write reports for treating physicians • Ensure the transmission of information to the financial department Content creation and continuous improvement • Create and update nutritional educational material • Apply Evidence-Based Practice principles • Participate in the continuous improvement of practices • Collaborate with medical specialists (nutrition, diabetology, gastroenterology) Training and collaboration • Train and supervise new employees and interns • Ensure fluid communication between services • Respect the hierarchy and transmit important information General responsibilities • Guarantee quality nutritional care • Contribute to the well-being and health of patients • Ensure effective coordination with teams • Represent the high-end image of the Clinic EDUCATION Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nutrition and Dietetics or equivalent QUALIFICATIONS • Significant experience in clinical dietetics or nutrition • Excellent organizational skills • Very good interpersonal skills • Mastery of English (minimum) • Good interdisciplinary communication SKILLS Technical skills • Clinical nutrition • Therapeutic education • Analysis of nutritional data • Food planning • Patient follow-up and reporting Behavioral skills • Empathy • Communication • Organization • Rigor • Sense of service • Team spirit • Adaptability • Proactivity MISCELLANEOUS • Bound by a duty of confidentiality, and this job description is fully part of the contractual obligations of the employment contract. • CLP reserves the right to entrust the employee with any other task deemed necessary based on the needs of the company. • By mutual agreement, the Management and the employee reserve the right to modify this job description at any time based on the evolution of CLP business.
