Tasks: Preparation and creative presentation of classic as well as innovative cocktails, long drinks and other beverages Ensuring professional guest service as well as creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere Friendly reception of guests and individual attention to their wishes and needs Carrying out cleaning and maintenance work as well as responsibility for the daily mise en place Competent advice to guests regarding food and beverages with a strong passion for enjoyment and quality Ensuring the correct processing of all cash transactions and ensuring a smooth service flow. Efficient preparation and follow-up of all workflows to ensure seamless service. Coordination of reservations as well as continuous overview of guest movements and occupancy. Close cooperation with the entire team to create extraordinary guest experiences. Requirement profile: • Several years of experience in gastronomy, sound specialist knowledge as well as passion for cocktails, spirits and mixology • Excellent communication skills and service orientation • Sense of responsibility, team spirit as well as flexibility and resilience • An eye for detail and a well-groomed appearance • Very good German and English skills, additional language skills are an advantage • A solution-oriented mindset and a positive and team-oriented personality
