December 2026. Your tasks - varied and versatile • Mail management: You take over incoming mail, scan documents, and ensure clear digital filing in KLIB. • Counter and telephone service: You receive visitors and take calls in a friendly and professional manner. • Office organization: You take care of the management of office supplies, multifunction devices, and the break room - including shopping. • Mobility: With the company car, you perform courier runs between KESB and Beistandschaft. What you bring with you • Practical professional experience in the service sector. • A quick grasp, an efficient way of working, and confident IT skills (KLIB). • Enthusiasm for digitalization processes and enjoyment of a dynamic environment. • Driver's license Cat.
