Senior IT Support Technician Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute Guarantee the smooth functioning, maintenance and development of customer-specific applications and resolve complex problems related to interfaces and data transmission Coordinate, monitor and manage the primary provision of services related to directory services (Admin Directory), the firewall and the network as well as other external providers Locate, delimit and resolve complex disturbances affecting multiple systems (2nd and 3rd level support) in the field of applications and local infrastructure Continuously optimize and automate, as far as possible, internal support and operation processes; maintain operation manuals, instructions and checklists (especially for application operations) Apply configuration instructions to the application environment and ensure compliance; manage authorizations and profiles What makes you unique CFC in IT, specialized higher diploma (university of applied sciences or higher school) and, ideally, certifications in service management In-depth knowledge in configuration and support in Linux or Windows application environments Several years of proven professional experience in IT support Communication skills, curiosity, stress resistance and good organizational skills Active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English In a few words Your work begins when others run out of ideas.
