In addition to the ski area, Bergbahnen Disentis AG operates the Catrina Resort with holiday apartments, the Catrina Hotel, the Catrina Lodge and the Catrina Hostel, as well as 11 gastronomy businesses on the mountain and in the valley. Also belonging to our group are two modern sports shops with bike and ski rental as well as a versatile range of sporting goods. Our guests come predominantly from the German-speaking region, Ticino, the Benelux countries and Northern Italy. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, experienced and solution-oriented personality who will take responsibility for our entire HR department, actively develop it, and at the same time participate in the operational HR day-to-day business.

Your area of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for the HR department of Bergbahnen Disentis AG and the associated businesses
• Leadership and further development of the HR team
• Advising and supporting the management as well as the managers in all personnel-relevant issues
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
• Responsibility for correct and timely monthly payroll processing
• Management and accompaniment of the entire recruitment process
• Personnel planning and support of the departments regarding seasonal and long-term personnel needs
• Responsibility for labor law, social security law and personnel policy topics
• Accompaniment of demanding personnel discussions and support of managers in personnel issues
• Further development of HR processes, guidelines and instruments
• Promotion of personnel development as well as a positive and appreciative corporate culture
• Cooperation with social insurance providers, authorities and external partners

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial training with profound further training in Human Resources, ideally HR Fachausweis or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally already with leadership or overall responsibility
• Profound knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security systems
• Experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented personality with pleasure in taking responsibility and at the same time actively working in the HR day-to-day business
• High social competence, discretion and a confident appearance towards employees and managers
• Fluent German skills; Italian and English skills are an advantage
