What you will achieve

• Telephone and written answering of customer inquiries in German and French
• Recording of customer online orders
• Receipt of order cancellations and questions regarding invoices
• Advising customers on our diverse products and extensive services in our Express branch on-site

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Professional experience: At least 2 years of customer service
• Stylish oral and written communication in German
• Stylish oral and written communication in French
• Professional experience in customer service
• Very good user knowledge of the Office standard programs
• Conscientious and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• German (B2)
• French (B1)
