Multidisciplinary Team Leader (IEPA) / 100% / Permanent (social or nursing background)

The Direction Santé Communautaire et Habitat (DSCH) includes, among others, the teams of the 29 IEPA operated by IMAD. The IEPA team leaders are responsible for the care of the tenants of these buildings, whose owners are public or private law foundations or communal entities. Each IEPA team leader is responsible for up to 60 employees. Your missions and responsibilities Direct and coordinate the decentralized activities of the IEPA service, upon delegation from management, by ensuring a regular presence on site and constant alignment with institutional policies and values Manage teams in compliance with HR policy while guaranteeing smooth daily operations, cohesion, and operational performance Ensure an appropriate response to the support, security, and supervision needs of tenants, guaranteeing the quality and relevance of services Promote a customer orientation in all actions carried out, by favoring an approach centered on the needs of tenants and by strengthening interdisciplinary practices as well as collaboration between services Organize, lead, and monitor teams across the various buildings by structuring effective and results-oriented communication spaces Elaborate, develop, and ensure the application of directives, procedures, and operating standards in heterogeneous environments Drive the planning and implementation of community actions within the IEPA under responsibility Ensure budgetary management and activity monitoring in collaboration with the administrative manager, in compliance with current procedures Lead, animate, and participate in institutional projects and cross-functional working groups within the IEPA management Collaborate with the owner foundations, their mandators, as well as cantonal and communal partners, and ensure continuity of activities by substituting for other team leaders. Bachelor in social work HES or university degree deemed equivalent accepted or HES-SO Bachelor in nursing A university degree in management would be an asset 5 years minimum of practice in the community health field or in social work Proven managerial experience and ability to manage approximately sixty decentralized employees in a multidisciplinary manner Interest in mobility within the canton and in managing diverse teams Ease and interest in managing several decentralized activities simultaneously Very good organization to ensure long-term monitoring of activities Excellent communication and negotiation skills, good situational and relational intelligence Excellent knowledge of the Geneva sanitary and social network.
