• 11 June 2026 • 100% • Indeterminate duration • English (Current), French (Current) • Quai des Bergues 23, 1201 Geneva • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch A fiduciary (Geneva-Centre) owned by Norman Venture Office SA is looking for an experienced accountant (CDI) available immediately or by agreement and wishing to put their experience in administrative and accounting management to good use in an entrepreneurial environment that develops a digital approach while maintaining a close relationship with the client. Your main mission: dedicated to a portfolio of clients, you are involved from A to Z in the accounting, administrative, and payroll management of files on the Odoo and WinEur Salaires (GIT) systems. Your training and experience: • From a Swiss fiduciary, you manage or have managed a client portfolio of at least 25 clients; • User of Odoo and WinEUR Salaires (GIT) is a plus; • More than 3 years of experience minimum in a fiduciary as a mandate manager; • Internal coordination of files; • Rigorous maintenance of each file; • Good knowledge of office computer tools (MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and SharePoint; • Languages: French, English, other languages a plus In connection with accounting obligations: • Keep accounts up to the closing of accounts including entry of transactions; • Proceed with the intermediate closure of accounts: monthly, semi-annual, or annual, in connection with a revision body; • Establish financial statements; • Create dashboards, monitor cash budget, analyze flows; • Manage treasury, securities portfolio, daily banking operations; • Monitor invoices with clients and payments from suppliers; • Manage banking operations. In connection with social obligations: • Establish pay slips (fixed, LSE, baskets-) and transmit elements to clients; • Ensure administrative formalities for hiring and administrative follow-up of employees: employment contract, work permit, administrative requests, leave, sick leave, workplace accidents, APG, time management, salary certificates; • Complete various monthly and annual declarations; • Manage requests for information and potential checks by compensation funds; In connection with tax obligations: • Establish DI (legal entities and individuals); • Proceed with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual declarations (VAT, IS, AFC); • Establish declarative documents to the concerned administrations in tax matters and follow up on potential disputes; • Control quarterly or semi-annual VAT declarations; • Respond to requests for information from AFC and VAT. In connection with the client relationship: • Process invoices, outstanding payments, reminders, and disputes with clients or suppliers; • Comply with client mandates; • Present accounts to clients. In connection with the team and management: • Support other accountants on the team; • Report technical and operational information in summary form to management; • Lead special missions for management. Your qualities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively internally and manage the client relationship; • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, even very short ones, while maintaining a positive attitude and offering exemplary client service; • Ability to work quickly with precision and autonomy, and to execute tasks until completion within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; • Proactivity, agility, rigor, sense of organization and responsibility, resistance to stress; • Team spirit, ease of contact and integration, relational qualities to work in a team and with management; • Good analytical and synthesis skills; • Dynamic personality; • Ensure the confidentiality of the data processed.
