Automotive Customer Service Advisor with focus on Bodywork/Painting & Car Rental

Do you know cars not only from the desk, but also from practice? For our operation in Weinfelden, we are looking for a personality who combines technology, customer contact, and organization. You are the first point of contact for our customers and accompany orders from the first contact to the vehicle handover and billing.

Your tasks:

• Customer reception, order intake, and ongoing customer communication for workshop, bodywork, and painting jobs
• Damage recording and rough damage assessment; preparation of calculations and offers, if necessary together with the technical specialists in the workshop
• Coordination of orders until vehicle handover as well as billing and invoicing
• Complete handling of our car rental: advice, availability check, reservation, rental agreement, handover, return, and billing according to time and kilometers
• Active participation in the future expansion of our workshop customer service and car rental

What you bring with you:

• Technical basic training or sound practical experience in the automotive sector – e.g., as an automotive mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, body repairer, carrosserie spengler/in, or painter
• Good technical understanding, ideally with experience in damage assessment, bodywork, or paint
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a friendly, binding, and solution-oriented demeanor
• Organizational talent, reliability, and confident handling of administrative tasks
