Co-Deputy Operations Manager: in production kitchen 50-80% Your tasks As Co-Deputy Operations Management, you work closely with the operations management and together lead our production kitchen with around 40 employees. In your function as chef and production manager, you coordinate the daily operations around the production of approx. 12'500 meals per week for our large customers. Together with the Co-Deputy Operations Management, you ensure a smooth flow of daily business as well as various banquet events. In addition, you are co-responsible for food purchasing and the timely delivery of the produced meals. In this versatile function, you take co-responsibility for all professional, personnel, and organizational tasks and are actively involved in the training and promotion of our apprentices.
