Tasks

• Independent support of a defined area of personnel administration
• Responsibility for monthly salary processing in cooperation with the relevant insurance and specialist offices
• Maintenance and management of personnel master data in SAP HR as well as ensuring high data quality
• Responsibility for time recording as well as the administration of working hours, absences and holiday entitlements
• Ensuring smooth processing of all social insurance matters
• Competent contact person for employees and managers for administrative, salary-related and social insurance law questions
• Administrative and organizational support for the HR consultants
• Participation in HR projects
• Support of the HR counter if required

Profile

• Completed commercial vocational training and further training as an HR Specialist
• Many years of experience in HR administration including support in payroll processing (experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of social insurance and labor law
• Loyal and team-oriented personality with an exact, independent and expeditious way of working
• Service- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• High resilience, flexibility and reliability
• Very good IT skills in SAP HR, MS Office and with common time recording programs
• Fluent German orally and in writing, French language skills are an advantage
