For the September opening, we are looking for an experienced sommelier or a beginner with the desire to share their passion for wine, gastronomy, good products, and their joy of living. Your mission Co-management of the wine list, stocks, and the selection of new references. Taking charge of welcoming and serving customers. Following and advising customers on their choices. Ensuring the follow-up and control of maintaining a station autonomously. Respect for standards and quality of wine service and other beverages in the restaurant. Promoting the products and service offerings of the establishment. Welcoming and smiling, you ensure the well-being of the clientele and remain attentive to them.
