Sustainability Consultant with focus on Climate and Environment (w/m/d)

The "Corporate Responsibility & Nachhaltigkeit" specialist unit is responsible for the topics of corporate responsibility and sustainability within the Raiffeisen Gruppe and acts as a competence center within the Raiffeisen Gruppe and externally.

To strengthen our team located at Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) as well as the possibility to work partially from home, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement motivated personality with conceptual and pronounced analytical thinking.

Sustainability Consultant with focus on Climate and Environment (w/m/d)

What awaits you?

• Responsibility for the further development, implementation and monitoring of the climate strategy as well as the group-wide transition plan
• Professional responsibility for climate data management, including collection, quality assurance, analysis and steering of relevant climate KPIs and reduction paths
• Responsibility for climate-related reporting, disclosures and the further development of corresponding processes
• Analysis of regulatory developments and ensuring the implementation of relevant climate and sustainability-related requirements
• Representation in internal and external specialist committees and working groups on the topic of climate and environment as well as taking on further functions of general sustainability management

What do you bring with you?

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in environmental, climate, natural or economic sciences or comparable training
• Proven professional experience in the areas of climate management, sustainability, Sustainable Finance or related subject areas
• Sound knowledge in the areas of climate strategy, transition planning, greenhouse gas accounting and climate-related regulatory requirements
• High affinity for data management, data analysis and KPIs as well as the ability to prepare complex matters appropriately for the target group
• Team-oriented and committed personality with convincing communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
