Customer Service & Order Management Specialist 100%

Your tasks

• Recording and processing of sales and service orders in the ERP system
• Invoicing and tracking of orders
• Scheduling and monitoring of deliveries
• Creation of transport and shipping documents
• Support of the assigned sales consultants
• Telephone consultation and support of our customers as well as the sales team
• Creation and management of rental agreements
• Receipt and processing of customer requests, orders and service assignments
• Processing of incoming e-mail inquiries
• Maintenance and updating of customer and master data

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a trading company or in customer care
• Very good knowledge of order processing and administrative processes
• Good ERP knowledge and confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Good French skills in speaking and writing
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and working in a team
