ICT Supporter

As an "ICT Workplace Supporter", you will join a team of specialized consultants, working with several clients. You will provide N1-N2 user support and be involved in various projects. The multi-client aspect of this role offers the unique advantage of evolving in different environments, enriching your experience while ensuring quality service.

• Ensure rapid resolution of incidents and user assistance requests at the client site and from Swisscom premises, guaranteeing high satisfaction.
• Maintain and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, M365 and Active Directory.
• Participate in various projects related to the clients' Workplace context, demonstrating flexibility and technical expertise.
• Get involved in a culture of continuous learning, representative of our company's DNA, to foster personal and professional development.

Your skills

• Proven experience in managing the Windows environment and virtualized workstations, such as Citrix and VMware.
• Solid competence in proximity user support, covering levels 1 and 2
• Ability to manage users via Active Directory and to maintain the software/hardware environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation, with the ability to popularize technical information.
• Proficiency in French and English (level B2 or higher) in writing and speaking.
• Adaptability and ability to work effectively in various environments, reflecting the multi-client aspect of the role.
