Your responsibilities • Independently processing assigned tasks while complying with applicable quality, hygiene, and safety standards • Maintaining resident contact to optimize individual wishes/requirements • Participating in and contributing to menu planning and design • Procurement and material intake control • Responsible for preparing and final checking of meals • Ensuring defined control tasks • Cooperative teamwork with all other affected areas • Participating in joint events We are looking for Applicants with the following preferred qualifications: • Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) as a diet cook and/or head chef • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function • Completion as a vocational trainer • Experience in training apprentices and willingness to take on this responsibility • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking Personal and professional competencies • You are a passionate cook, work independently, and take on responsibility. • You enjoy working with fresh and seasonal products. • Good knowledge of patisserie. • Experience in cold kitchen. • You are a team player, capable of criticism, resilient, and flexible.
