The Direction de l-immobilier (DI) has the missions to renovate and build real estate infrastructures, to manage, maintain, service and enhance the existing real estate portfolio, to be an engaged actor in the ecological transition of the real estate heritage, and to cultivate operational excellence. As such, it defines the real estate strategy of the HUG, leads the implementation of the Schéma directeur hospitalier 2022-2040, and ensures the management and coordination of major real estate projects. Job Description ## The Direction de l-immobilier is recruiting, as part of the implementation of its strategy, a process-oriented project manager. In this capacity, you will lead an approach aimed at formalizing business processes and optimizing activities, in order to strengthen operational performance and the quality of services. In this context, you will intervene transversally with teams to consolidate processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the clarity and understanding of the services offered to internal clients. You will analyze existing processes and identify pain points. You will collect and analyze the evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose paths for improvement. Following a logic of alignment with the principles of the ISO 55001 standard relating to asset management, you will identify gaps between current practices and target needs and propose common standards. You will model the target processes. Finally, you will propose and implement mechanisms for monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving performance. You will operate in a transversal environment and collaborate closely with all employees of the owner pole. As such, you will facilitate exchanges between the different stakeholders, promote collective intelligence, and ensure the proper appropriation of the defined processes. You will provide methodological and organizational support to the sector heads and the Direction de l-immobilier and participate in the updating of processes. You know continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis with problem-solving methodologies: 5P, QQOQCP, Ishikawa. You will support change and contribute to the development of a customer service culture and data-driven management. Qualifications ## You hold a university degree at the Master level (or equivalent) in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field, completed by a certification in project management. You possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a complex environment. Throughout your career, you have confirmed experience in the implementation of processes and the development of decision-support tools for the management of activities. Through your experiences, you have developed strong skills in analysis, synthesis, negotiation, and the ability to unite teams. A certification in project management (HERMES.) is an asset. Practical knowledge of the ISO 55000 family of standards and its associated frameworks, applied to a complex real estate heritage in operation, is desired. You demonstrate autonomy, great versatility, and a strong capacity for adaptation. Your organizational qualities, your pedagogy, your pragmatism, and your ability to work in a complex environment are recognized skills. Good oral and written knowledge of English, in addition to the French which you master perfectly, is an asset.
