The Direction de l-immobilier is recruiting, as part of the implementation of its strategy, a process-oriented project manager. In this capacity, you will lead an approach aimed at formalizing business processes and optimizing activities, in order to strengthen operational performance and the quality of services.
In this context, you will intervene transversally with teams to consolidate processes, clarify roles and responsibilities, and improve the clarity and understanding of the services offered to internal clients.
You will analyze existing processes and identify pain points. You will collect and analyze the evolving needs expressed by field teams and propose paths for improvement. Following a logic of alignment with the principles of the ISO 55001 standard relating to asset management, you will identify gaps between current practices and target needs and propose common standards.
