• 31 juillet 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Zürich What awaits you • You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the HR department and develop our People strategy in accordance with our growth trajectory • You develop new HR processes, structures, and systems and expand existing ones, which evolve with us • You manage HR control, indicators, reporting, as well as budgetary processes • You advance the Employer Branding and recruitment strategy so that we continue to position ourselves as a leading employer in the highly competitive IT market • You promote the change in AI skills by enabling our employees to naturally integrate AI into their professional daily lives and anchor a culture of continuous learning • You actively contribute to shaping our culture, including on topics such as continuing education and career models (expert path vs. managerial path) • You are a thinking partner and a contact person for management and executives on all matters related to personnel and labor law • You are part of the Corporate Center and work closely with the Finance, Marketing, and management departments • You keep an eye on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to work and find solutions What you bring • Solid training in HR as well as at least 5 years of experience in an HR function, ideally in a high-growth, technology-focused, or consulting-adjacent environment • Deep experience in implementing and developing HR structures in a dynamic and agile environment • Leader personality with experience in the direction and development of HR teams • Sensitivity to the needs of IT professionals and understanding of recruitment challenges in a market marked by a strong talent shortage • Proficiency in HR indicators, MS Office, and ERP systems; ideally Abacus • Assured mastery of German (Swiss) and English • Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic mentality, and the ability to act both strategically and operationally • Curious, open, and humorous personality, who loves working in a great team We are looking for you - join our team
