In order to strengthen our team composed of 7 customer advisors and 3 specialists, we are looking for, starting from October 2026 or by arrangement, a motivated person to hold the position of specialist within the back-office. Place of work: Aarau -- German-speaking Switzerland Back-office specialist -- Pension and compensation fund (FR/DE) 80-100% Your field of action * In close collaboration with our customer advisors, you contribute to the management and development of client relations in the field of social insurance -- from large clients to brokers * You bring your ideas and assume responsibilities: thanks to your leeway, you can optimize processes and actively contribute to the development of our customer service * By telephone, in writing, or in person: you are the internal contact person for our large French-speaking clients for all questions relating to social insurance * You transform figures and complex situations into offers, calculations, comparisons, and presentations, which facilitate decision-making * Customer loyalty is close to your heart: this is why you implement targeted measures in order to arouse long-term enthusiasm among clients for GastroSocial * As an essential hub, you bridge the gap between client requests and the various specialized services, and you ensure that suitable solutions are found -- in French and, if necessary, also in German Your assets to convince us * French is your mother tongue, and you express yourself easily in German (B2 level) -- proficiency in Italian would be an asset * You have a good command of occupational pension and social insurance: you have completed your commercial training with appropriate continuing education (a federal diploma in the field of social insurance) or with additional relevant practical experience * Figures, calculations, and MS Office are part of your professional daily life * Customer orientation is in your nature: you communicate with professionalism and you know how to convince thanks to your talent for negotiation * You work autonomously, you think transversally, and you find solutions even when others are still looking for the problem * A talent for organization, spirit of initiative, and a structured way of working complete your profile Our assets to convince you Look forward to joining an experienced and well-established team, benefiting from a varied field of activity in a modern working environment, the possibility to work partially from home, afternoons off before statutory public holidays as well as attractive social benefits - and these are just a few of the many advantages you will benefit from.
