Job Description ## Reporting to the responsable de programme Qualité de vie au travail, you will join the Direction des ressources humaines and actively participate in the implementation of the "stratégie RH 2023-2028". Integrated into the existing team, you will participate in the implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting attendance and managing absences. Through data analysis, you will contribute to better understanding the determinants of absence and possible courses of action. With the support of a statistician, you will contribute to the establishment of turnkey dashboards, directly useful to line managers and the entire HR function and partners. You will strengthen/improve the monitoring of absences, notably by conducting priority evaluations of departments/directorates and high-risk functions while closely analyzing absence rates. Through your global vision of absences at the institutional level, you will proactively analyze potential risk factors for particular populations or trends related to the environment/working conditions. As a resource person to advise, support, and accompany departments and directorates in detecting obstacles to the efficient processing of complex absence situations and then implementing "démarches QVT", you will raise awareness within the HR function and the institution's managers regarding the importance of supporting staff in post, taking care of those present, those returning to work following an absence, and absences. To achieve your objectives, you will work in close collaboration with the institution's managers, human resources managers and their teams, the departmental resources dedicated to this topic (network of HR specialists in QVT), the Service de santé au travail, and all other actors. Qualifications ## You hold a Bachelor's degree completed by a CAS in human resources or training in quality of life at work, occupational health, case management, or training deemed equivalent. You benefit from training such as coaching, systemic, or other tools deemed equivalent. You possess experience in managing complex situations or projects, in group dynamics, and in-depth knowledge of human resources management and/or work and organizational psychology. Your mastery of complex and systemic thinking, your great analytical and synthesis capacities, as well as your excellent communication and collaboration skills, will allow you to thrive in the role. You enjoy facilitating, uniting, influencing, convincing, and working in a team. Responsible and autonomous, you know how to operate in a stressful environment.
