Your tasks ##

• Competent, personal, and individual wine consultation for our guests at the highest level
• Active accompaniment of our guests in the selection of suitable wines and beverage pairings for our culinary concept
• Cooperation in daily service as well as support of the service team in looking after our guests.
• Professional wine service as well as ensuring a first-class guest experience
• Active cooperation in the design and further development of our wine list and beverage range
• Care, organization, and control of the wine cellar as well as ensuring optimal storage
• Co-responsibility for goods orders, inventories, and the control of wine stocks
• Close cooperation with the restaurant management, the service team, and the kitchen
• Conveying of wine knowledge within the team as well as support during internal training and tastings
• Building and maintaining profound knowledge about our assortment, producers, regions, and vintages
• Active participation in shaping the processes and standards in the context of the reopening
• Representation of the IGNIV and Caminada philosophy towards our guests and partners

Your profile ##

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management as well as ideally further training

in the field of wine

• Profound wine knowledge and a strong passion for wine, culinary arts, and high-quality gastronomy
• Min. 3 years of professional experience as a sommelier or in a comparable position, preferably in fine dining
• Host personality with natural warmth, charm, and a strong sense for our guests
• Joy in conveying wine knowledge in an understandable, authentic, and approachable manner
• Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• High quality standards as well as a structured and reliable way of working
• Team spirit and joy in close cooperation with service and kitchen
• Initiative and motivation to actively contribute to the building of a new team and the reopening
• Resilience, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English skills; further languages are an advantage
