What you'll be doing Guiding, promoting, and developing employees - and being a role model for them You'll pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, and combat food waste with clever ordering planning Ordering goods on time and in the right quantity Skillfully planning tasks within the weekly schedule and ensuring efficient processes in your store Doing everything to ensure the numbers add up - for sales, personnel costs, and inventory What you'll bring Education: Completed vocational training (EBA) Specialization: Retail (food) or a related field would be ideal Professional experience: Three or more years of professional and leadership experience in retail as a department, section, or area manager Enjoyment of fresh products and, ideally, professional experience with them Skill in planning and organizing tasks and a flair for interpreting key figures Physically fit, as some pallets can weigh up to 10 kilos Familiarity with PC, tablet, and smartphone - and with other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management) German (B1) What we offer Part of the Migros Group: A strong, retail-based brand under the Migros Group umbrella Healthy working: High standards in occupational safety, ergonomics, and hygiene.
