YOUR CHALLENGE • Specialist leadership and implementation • Create or adapt F&B offerings • Co-responsibility in the implementation and management • Organization of operational processes and procedures • Organizational and personnel management of employees • Ensuring quality standards and hygiene regulations • Co-responsibility for compliance with legal regulations • Completion of daily administrative tasks YOUR PROFILE • Host with passion • Proven experience as a service or kitchen manager • Proven experience in managing employees • Very good IT skills • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS • Solid basic training in the gastronomy sector, with kitchen or service training and possibly completed hotel management school • In-depth specialist knowledge and professional experience • You lead by example, promote, and challenge the team • You speak German as your native language or almost fluently • You are very familiar with all legal regulations in the gastronomy industry, such as HACCP regulations, L-GAV, permits, etc. • Ability to withstand stress, flexibility, and team skills OUR OFFER You will get a very powerful and well-rehearsed team that wants to be led.
