The BÂLE HOTELS GROUP unites six hotels and two conference centers under one roof, which stand for hospitality, highest comfort and passion for gastronomy. These include the Hotel Pullman Basel Europe, the Hotel Victoria, the Hotel Basler-tor and the Boutique-Hotel Märthof in Basel, the Hotel Savoy in Bern, the Holiday Inn Express in Oftringen, the Coop Tagungszentrum in Muttenz and the Hôtel du Léman centre de séminaire in Jongny. Together, they create unique experiences for travelers, conference guests and gourmets.

The Hotel Savoy is centrally located on the car-free Neuengasse in Bern and represents a successful combination of design and functionality. The 63 rooms have a clear signature: modern design and plenty of ambiance for well-being. In the hotel's own bistro, you can find a varied and diverse breakfast buffet, a snack or a nightcap.

Tasks

Together with your team, you are responsible for the smooth operation at the reception. The main tasks include:

• Check-In and Check-Out
• Guest care and concierge services
• Active additional sales
• Telephone service
• Receipt and processing of individual reservations
• Guest correspondence
• Various administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed training in the hotel industry and first experience at the reception are an advantage
• Negotiation-secure German and English in word and writing
• Good French skills and Opera knowledge are an advantage
• Reliable, team-oriented, flexible, resilient with an open demeanor
• Motivation, passion for the profession and joy in work
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners
• High willingness to work also on weekends and holidays
