We are looking for you as a trained cook (female/male). Die Wirtschaft Ziegelhütte is a country inn in the city with a garden terrace, beer garden, bowling alley and various beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. We have our own herb garden and work closely with the neighboring organic farm. We maintain a fresh, high-quality cuisine of artisanal quality and combine tradition with innovation. The processing of whole animals from best husbandry is just as important to us as an attractive range of modern plant-based dishes. We are known for our culinary calendar (including Bündner Hochwild and AlpsauMetzgete), the beautiful festivals, the gastronomic and cultural events – and not least for our warmth. You are a passionate cook (male/female), fit at all stations and bring experience in the à-la-carte sector. Monday is our rest day.
