For the Kommandoabteilung, we are looking for a Head of Department Servicedesk/Support and ICT Service Management, 80-100%, starting immediately or by arrangement at the Solothurn location. Your Responsibility As the Head of the Department Servicedesk/Support and ICT Service Management, you bear the personnel, technical and organizational responsibility for an economical, customer-oriented and high-quality service operation. You steer and further develop the company-wide ICT Service Management, are responsible for the configuration and continuous further development of the ICT Service Management tool, define and optimize service management processes and ensure their uniform implementation as well as compliance with standards and quality specifications. In this function, you steer and optimize the service operation and initiate suitable improvement measures as needed to ensure a continuous improvement process. In addition to monitoring service quality and compliance with agreed service levels, your area of responsibility also includes the coordination of escalation management in the event of critical disruptions.
