What you will do # As a Technical Operations Specialist, you are the technical interface between our partners, operations, product management, and our engineering team. You ensure the smooth operation of our marketplace products - especially our real estate marketplace. You analyse technical questions from our partners, systematically get to the root of problems, and solve them as independently as possible. Your tasks • Analysis and processing of technical partner inquiries regarding our marketplace products • Root cause analysis of problems along the entire data, import, and publishing pipeline • Independent correction of configuration errors and minor technical issues • Technical triage and creation of meaningful tickets for engineering in more complex cases • Technical onboarding of new CRM, portal, and agency partners including configuration and commissioning of new integrations • Validation of data quality, field and category mappings, and support of test deliveries until successful go-live • Monitoring and analysis of logs, technical services, and data quality to detect anomalies early • Support of our partners with technical questions regarding APIs and integrations • Documentation of solutions, maintenance of runbooks, and continuous improvement of our support and operational processes • Close collaboration with operations, account management, product management, and engineering About us # What you will do # Your new team # Required Skills and Qualifications # What we expect from you # • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field • Initial professional experience in technical 1st or 2nd level support, technical operations, system integration, or a comparable role • Analytical thinking skills and enjoyment in systematically analysing technical problems and finding sustainable solutions • Basic technical understanding of data flows, APIs, web applications, and system integrations • Initial experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and willingness to familiarise yourself with databases and technical systems • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as a good sense of when a problem should be solved independently and when it makes sense to escalate • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to different target groups • Very good German skills as well as good English skills What you bring with you # What we expect from you # Nice to Have # • Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools such as Kibana or Datadog • Knowledge of REST APIs, Auth0, Azure Blob Storage, SFTP, or CDN solutions • Initial experience reading backend code (e.g. .NET) • Knowledge of CRM systems such as Zoho • Experience in marketplace, platform, or SaaS environments Your new team # Our Benefits # Our Benefits # In return, here is what you can expect from us # At Comparis, we believe that we achieve the best results through the responsible actions of all employees.
