For our renowned client in the region of Canton Bern, we are looking for an immediate: Call Center Agent 100% (m/f/d) ## Tasks • You are the contact person for the company's customers in the telecommunications sector • In a rapidly developing specialist field, you answer inquiries competently and confidently via telephone, e-mail, and letter • From Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 19:00 and partly on Saturday from 09:00 to 19:00 • You efficiently perform back-office activities, technical telephone support and can profitably convince customers regarding further products of the company • Using modern means of communication, you independently process simple customer-oriented processes • You take the customers' concerns very seriously, quickly recognize their needs and inspire your customers through your professional advice and communication Profile • Completed basic training in the commercial field is an advantage • Experience in a call center inbound or outbound is required or mandatory • Understanding and speaking CH-German is mandatory and French M/S at minimum level B2 • Very good communication skills, enjoyment of telephone customer contact and technical flair in telecommunications • Experience and solid sales skills required • Helpful, outgoing and solution-oriented personality • Good computer skills Interested?
