To ensure on-time daily orders preparation and shipments, and to actively contribute to continuous improvement in Logistics, we are currently looking for:
Lead Warehouse Outbound 100%
Your responsibilities
Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet timelines and ensure on-time shipments departure to customers.
Monitor forecast, workload and team capacity to anticipate the need for resources all along the year.
Support and collaborate with Lead Warehouse Inbound or designee to organize processing of physical inventory of finished products for Brügg facility, and ensure accurate reporting of discrepancies, if any.
Ensure accurate transfer of material between the different storage locations and virtual warehouses.
Monitor and update Logistics KPIs for the scope of Warehouse Operations which includes (OTIF, Forecast monitoring, Team productivity, Packaging customization)
Co-lead daily briefing meeting, define priorities and address any blocking situation.
Ensure Logistics and material handling processes operate in accordance with SOP’s and in compliance with safety rules.
Provide Lean guidance to the team to adopt streamlined method to operate, moving from a push to pull mode all along the line.
Act as a key player of the continuous improvement process and apply appropriate methodology to analyze situation and bring solutions.
Update QMS documentation by creating and following on change orders, whenever required
Actively participate to internal audits and SOX audits
Any other assignments designated by Director Procurement and Logistics.
Back up Logistics Project and Warehouse Lead during his/her absences
Team leading
Build and manage an effective team organization to handle logistics operations, inventory management.
Recruit, train, lead and develop team members.
Develop and support poly-competencies of the team members.
Structure team with clear responsibilities, coordinate absences and ensure backup management.
Prepare and conduct performance reviews, analyze efficiency and effectiveness of team organization and performance.
Ensure all team members are appropriately trained on the service SOPs SOX and Company policies.
Projects
Actively participate the any projects related to Logistics as SME, whenever required.
Actively support the implementation of the new ERP system performing test scenarios, sharing feedback on developed functionalities and supporting training of the operators.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Your profile
Professional diploma in Logistic operations is preferred, diploma in Leadership is a plus as well Green Belt certification
Ability to understand GMP, GDP, ISO 13485 Standards
Very good English skills in written and spoken required, German, French or any other language is plus
Very good IT-Skills (MS-Office) and good knowledge of an ERP system
Lean Management experience is a plus
Very well organized, proactive, and service oriented, intercultural competent and communicative, trustworthy, and reliable, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in high pressure and fast-paced environment
