Your main tasks: • You assume operational management and guarantee smooth and efficient daily operations. • You optimize processes in the kitchen, service, at the till, and for take-away. • You recruit, lead, and develop your team and are responsible for scheduling shifts and work. • You ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards (HACCP). • You analyze economic indicators, derive optimization measures, and develop Daddy Valley with the management. What you bring: • Several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally in a management position. • You are a leader with a practical mentality and you lead by example. • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense of quality, efficiency, and profitability. • You maintain an overview even in stressful situations and make confident decisions. • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a matter of course for you. • You are flexible and ready to assume responsibilities in the evening, on weekends, and during events.
