Intercultural interpreter translator

For our DERMAN Agency for intercultural interpreting, which collaborates with cantonal social, school, and health services, under public mandate, we are looking for four: Intercultural interpreter, translator (reported profession) Tasks: • be able to faithfully translate Somali, spoken in Somalia • be able to faithfully translate Pashto, spoken in Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan Requirements: • previous experience in the sector • psychological stability • willingness to learn • autonomy, responsibility, reliability • basic IT skills • excellent knowledge of Somali, spoken in Somalia • excellent knowledge of Pashto, spoken in Afghanistan, Iran and Pakistan • knowledge of Italian minimum level B2 • driving license cat.B • preferably FEMALE STAFF Employment details: • workplace Viganello (work within the Cantonal territory) • employment from 1 - 40% (on-call work, hourly, with on-call contracts without obligation of observance) • employment by prior agreement, permanent • work from Monday to Friday (only in exceptional cases holidays) Remuneration: CHF 35.- gross/hour.
