Your tasks:

• Collaboration in breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Preparation and service in the half-board and à la carte areas
• Deployment in our restaurants Boscastube and Chäs Stuba
• Preparation of the snack menu for the terrace and lounge
• Production and mise en place for daily kitchen operations
• Flexible deployment at all kitchen stations
• Support in the preparation and presentation of our dishes
• Dishwashing as well as cleaning of kitchen stations, work surfaces, and kitchen utensils
• Goods receipt and inspection of delivered goods
• Ensuring the freshness and quality of the food
• Efficient and clean working in compliance with hygiene regulations

We expect:

• Your passion for cooking: You have completed an apprenticeship or traineeship in the kitchen, possess solid specialist knowledge, and love what you do.
• Linguistically fit: You speak and understand German or English well.
• Infectious team spirit: You know how valuable good cooperation is, and you contribute to a positive team climate with your open, helpful nature.
• Organizational talent with a Plan B: You work in a structured and forward-looking manner – and when things get hectic, you remain flexible and solution-oriented.
