Transport and Logistics Manager

The employer is looking for a: Operations and Customer Service Collaborator (reported profession) Tasks: • management of operational information in our computer system based on Tracking and Tracing activities • management of communications and Irregularities towards customers • search for operational solutions in daily business also and especially in case of irregularities • management of capacity based on the train program and customer bookings • customer service in daily business • participation in the customer acquisition process and management of one's own customer portfolio • technical/operational meetings to manage and improve the workflow with customers • support in managing relationships/contracts with railway companies • support for economic and administrative management of products • support for managing databases in GOAL for vehicles, codings Requirements: • previous experience in the sector • language skills: in addition to Italian, German and English are prioritary • computer skills: excellent knowledge of Office package, AS400 and SAP • ability to work in a team • category B driving license • self-driven Employment details: • workplace Chiasso • 100% employment • employment by prior agreement, permanent • shift work • salary based on the CCL of the sector
