In Hop Up Hardwald, as Chef de Service, you are the driving force behind every successful evening: You coordinate the service team, ensure smooth processes, and are the first point of contact for our guests. Your tasks – Operational management and coordination of the service team in day and evening business – Reception, care, and farewell of guests at the highest level – Training, leadership, and motivation of the service employees – Duty planning and scheduling of personnel – Ensuring service quality and compliance with operational standards – Control and closing of the daily accounting – Planning and management of events and special occasions in the brewery – Advising guests on the beer and food selection What you bring with you – Completed training in the hospitality industry (EFZ or equivalent) – Several years of professional experience in service – Leadership strength, social competence, and enjoyment in team development – Organizational talent, personal responsibility, and overview in hectic situations – Good German and English skills – Experience with POS systems and basic IT knowledge What we offer you – Responsible key role in a growing gastronomy business – Direct exchange with the management and short decision-making paths – Scope for design in the further development of the service area – Motivated, open team with real passion for beer and hospitality – Regular further training opportunities – SBB Halbtax is paid Interested?
