Your area of responsibility

Consulting and support of managers in all personnel-related matters
Sparring partner for managers on leadership, organisational and personnel topics
Professional support in demanding employee, performance and leadership situations
Responsibility for recruitment and selection processes as well as advice on personnel and resource planning
Coordination and support of performance, talent and development topics
Advice on labour law issues and support of personnel measures
HR support for organisational changes and reorganisations
Independent management of HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Participation in the further development of HR processes and HR instruments as well as in HR projects

What you bring

Completed training or further education in Human Resources, at least at the level of a professional certificate or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
Experience in advising and supporting managers
Strong communication, consulting and social skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced discretion and integrity
Confident handling of common MS Office applications
Impeccable reputation according to legal requirements
