Your area of responsibility

  • Consulting and support of managers in all personnel-related matters
  • Sparring partner for managers on leadership, organisational and personnel topics
  • Professional support in demanding employee, performance and leadership situations
  • Responsibility for recruitment and selection processes as well as advice on personnel and resource planning
  • Coordination and support of performance, talent and development topics
  • Advice on labour law issues and support of personnel measures
  • HR support for organisational changes and reorganisations
  • Independent management of HR topics throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Participation in the further development of HR processes and HR instruments as well as in HR projects

What you bring

  • Completed training or further education in Human Resources, at least at the level of a professional certificate or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function
  • Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
  • Experience in advising and supporting managers
  • Strong communication, consulting and social skills
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced discretion and integrity
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications
  • Impeccable reputation according to legal requirements
