The employer is looking for a:

COOK / PIZZA MAKER (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and production of dishes according to the institution's standards
• preparation and management of the line during service
• preparation of mise en place
• collaboration in the organization of events and catering
• control of the quality of raw materials
• respect for HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
• active collaboration with the Head Chef and the rest of the team
• contribution to the development of seasonal proposals including vegan, vegetarian and local products

Requirements:

• professional experience in the kitchen and pizzeria
• interest in contemporary cuisine and bistro restaurant
• passion for fresh, quality and local products
• ability to work in a team
• flexibility and collaborative spirit
• precision, reliability and sense of responsibility
• good stress management skills
• good knowledge of Italian

Employment details:

• workplace Locarno
• employment from 80 - 100%
• employment from 15.08.2026, permanent
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
