Our Asian specialty restaurant in the Basel region is looking for a committed and experienced Kitchen Chef / Restaurant Manager (m/w/d) Your tasks: Responsibility for the entire kitchen management with a focus on Chinese and Japanese cuisine (including sushi) Preparation and presentation of high-quality Asian dishes for à-la-carte and buffet Management of the entire restaurant operation (procurement, inventory management) Menu and buffet planning as well as creative further development of the menu Ensuring the highest hygiene standards and compliance with all HACCP regulations Quality control and optimization of processes Customer consulting and active guest care Your profile: Comprehensive expertise in Asian cuisine with a focus on authentic flavors (Chinese and Japanese/Sushi) Several years of experience in independently managing a restaurant Very good business management skills Good German language skills (at least B2) High stress tolerance, reliability and pronounced leadership qualities You bring long-term experience in the German-Swiss border region We offer: A responsible and varied management position in a small team Workplace: Basel region Scope: 100% Start date: by arrangement
