• You shape and further develop the IT process landscape based on ITIL v5 and ensure effective, practical standards
• You define, document and optimize IT processes, thereby supporting uniform and efficient cooperation within IT
• You work closely with Process Owners, specialist departments and company-wide process management and advance governance requirements, roles and standards
• You accompany teams in the modeling, introduction and further development of processes and moderate workshops with different stakeholders
• You make process performance measurable, recognize optimization and automation potential and derive concrete improvements from them
• You position IT process management as a competent contact point and make an important contribution to the further development of the IT Operating Model

This is what you bring with you ##

• You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education
• You have several years of experience in IT Service Management or IT process management and know the requirements of modern IT organizations
• You have sound knowledge of ITIL v5 and know how to anchor this in a practical way in processes and standards
• You are familiar with process modeling, ideally BPMN 2.0, as well as with Business Process Management
• You think analytically, structurally and solution-oriented and recognize potential for continuous improvement
• You moderate workshops confidently, are convincing in stakeholder management and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
• You communicate very well in German and have good English skills in speaking and writing
