Your interesting area of activity includes, among others: Independent recruitment of specialists and managers – from job analysis to the conclusion of the contract Screening applications as well as conducting interviews and supporting managers in the selection process Coordination and control of the entire application process incl. communication with candidates Advising employees and managers on HR matters and managing the defined area of responsibility Participation in HR projects as well as optimization of recruiting processes and tools For this position, you bring the following profile: Commercial basic training with HR further education or a completed degree in the field of Human Resources Several years of experience in recruitment, ideally supplemented by HR-BP knowledge or a comparable HR function Good knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as confident handling of modern sourcing methods Strong communication, integrity and service-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form Offered are: A varied area of responsibility with direct contact with managers, employees and candidates The opportunity to actively shape recruiting processes and sustainably develop HR topics A professional environment in which initiative and solution-oriented working are appreciated A position in which you can specifically contribute your recruiting experience and meaningfully expand it with HR-BP duties Do you also distinguish yourself through your independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working?
