Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Manager (m/f/d), 100%, as of 01.09.2026, at the Emmen location. ## Your responsibilities • You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the Manora restaurant (Manora Restaurant / Manora Pizza Pasta / Manora Fresh to go). • You are responsible for planning and implementing budget specifications. • You analyze the relevant key figures and derive concrete improvement measures from them. • You ensure the training and development of employees as well as young talents. • You recognize local and seasonal customer needs, conduct internal and external benchmarks, and implement any optimizations. • You ensure a smooth operation of the day-to-day business and consistently implement the quality and hygiene guidelines. • You create a dynamic work atmosphere and convey positive energy. • You ensure active and partnership-based communication and cooperation with the headquarters and suppliers. • You conduct hiring, termination, and employee interviews independently. Your profile • You ideally have a completed basic training in the hospitality industry or have attended hotel school. • You have already proven yourself in a similarly successful position and are familiar with the responsibility of such a function. • You are skilled in personnel management and can inspire your team with very good leadership qualities. • You have the innkeeper's patent. • You live and love the role of host/hostess. • You have an excellent business sense and are sales- and results-oriented. • You can remain calm and composed in hectic situations. • You enjoy strategic tasks and evaluations (ad hoc analyses, KPIs, etc.). • You can lead your team in a results-oriented manner, inspire them with your coaching skills, and motivate them sustainably. • You are innovative, process-oriented, and strive for new challenges.
