YOUR TASKS

• Telephone support: First point of contact for customers in case of malfunctions – calm, competent, solution-oriented.
• Deployment planning: You coordinate the service technicians and plan deployments efficiently and with foresight.
• Material disposition: You ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time.
• Administration: Order recording, report control and administrative support for the service team.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the technical or commercial field
• Experience in disposition or technical customer service is an advantage
• Basic technical understanding, preferably knowledge in the heating industry
• Communication-strong personality – on the phone and in writing
• Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Secure handling of MS Office and preferably Abacus SVM
• Stylistically correct German, additional languages an advantage
