YOUR TASKS • Telephone support: First point of contact for customers in case of malfunctions – calm, competent, solution-oriented. • Deployment planning: You coordinate the service technicians and plan deployments efficiently and with foresight. • Material disposition: You ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time. • Administration: Order recording, report control and administrative support for the service team.
