We bring blood into the lab and results to the people. An astonishing amount happens in between.

At Vitalcheck, private individuals order their blood analysis online and go to one of 17 locations in Switzerland for collection. Nutritionists and doctors recommend analyses via our platform, and medical practices send us telemedicine orders. We are a small team, all working remote, and we have grown faster than our filing system.

That is exactly where you come in. You will independently continue to shape our processes, ensuring they grow with us, and ensure that every sample moves cleanly from the order to the result.

Our customers rate us very highly. You will take responsibility for continuing to uphold and continuously develop this high standard, both with our customers and in the cooperation with our partner laboratories.

What you do with us
Accompany orders, from the order to the result, together with laboratories and collection sites
Support specialists and medical practices, also with telemedicine orders
Record additional requirements, organize collections, and ensure that no site runs out of tubes
Help customers in a friendly manner: answer questions, coordinate appointments, process refunds and outstanding invoices

What you do not need
Lab coats, medical studies, insurance jargon. Nobody with us knows by heart whether a sample is still measurable after six days. You check, ask the laboratory, and write down the answer in such a way that no one ever has to look for it again.

What you do need
Confident German, also in writing
A heart for order. You prefer checklists over chaos and maintain an overview, even when ten cases are open at the same time
Accuracy. It is about money and health data; "approximately" is not a category
A friendly tone, on the phone as in email, even on hectic days
Independence. You decide for yourself when no one is reachable, and you know when it is better to ask
Curiosity about AI. With us, AI writes, searches, and calculates every day. You don't have to be a pro, but you should have the desire to become one
Bonus points: French.
