Desired profile:

• Holder of a CFC in butchery-charcuterie or an equivalent training * Previous experience in a similar position desired * Good knowledge of cutting, preservation and transformation techniques (salting, drying, smoking), as well as food hygiene standards * Sense of customer service and good interpersonal skills * Rigor, precision and organizational skills * Good physical condition (standing, carrying loads, cool environment) * Availability to work on Saturdays and during seasonal peaks (end-of-year holidays, etc.) Your mission:
• Ensure the cutting, deboning and preparation of meats according to the rules of the art + Prepare butchery and charcuterie specialties (sausages, pâtés, dried meat, etc.) + Advise customers on the choice of products, cooking methods and quantities + Ensure the enhancement and presentation of products in the display window + Receive and control merchandise (quality, traceability, temperature) + Manage stocks and participate in orders from suppliers + Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, OHyg) + Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the workstation and equipment jpid079004ejm jpit1040jm jpiy26jm
