Cook – authentic Thai cuisine (100 %)

For our gastronomy business THE THAI, we are looking for an experienced cook to prepare authentic Thai dishes, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks:
– Independent preparation of authentic Thai dishes
– Professional working with the wok
– Preparation of Thai curries, wok dishes, sauces, and other traditional Thai foods
– Mise en place and preparation of daily production
– Collaboration in production for take-away, food truck, and catering
– Compliance with hygiene and quality standards
– Independent and efficient working, even with larger production quantities

Requirements:
– Sound practical professional experience as a cook in authentic Thai cuisine
– Very good knowledge of Thai cooking techniques and ingredients
– Experience with wok dishes and Thai curries
– Independent, reliable, and expeditious way of working
– Willingness to work flexible hours and split shifts
– Physical resilience and enjoyment of working in a small team

Workload: 100 %

Work location: Regensdorf ZH as well as assignments with our food trucks and at caterings.

Start date: immediately or by arrangement.
