People Leader IT-Sourcing (m/w/d)

What you can move. • You take over the personnel leadership of employees and apprentices in the IT-Sourcing environment and, together with the functional leadership, ensure the performance and health of the work organization. • As a central contact and trusted person, you proactively coach employees in personal and development-related questions and ensure compliance with clear leadership processes. • Together with IT management and HR, you ensure the correct application of compliance and HR processes for employees and apprentices. • With your understanding of agile principles, you anchor the Operating Model in the organization and visibly drive the transformation forward. • By shaping a culture based on trust and diversity, you enable independent decisions as well as a constructively critical dialogue with a lived feedback culture. • In the vocational trainer role, you recruit, accompany, and coach apprentices in various IT education profiles, conduct performance reviews, and jointly define individual development paths. What you bring with you. • Proven leadership experience in demanding situations with employees and young people, as well as strong cooperation and conflict management skills, are central in this role. • Experience in accompanying people and organizations in continuous transformation, as well as a confident handling of unclear or changing framework conditions, will help you in this role. • As a People Leader, you enjoy working with young people in training and have the motivation to promote their potential. • You are an empathetic and reflective personality with very strong communication skills who wins different people over for common goals. • Basic or advanced training in leadership, coaching, team dynamics, or a comparable field, as well as a high affinity and interest in informatics, round off your profile. • Very good German (C1) as well as English (B2) skills in spoken and written form are required.
