Chef de Rang

The employer is looking for a: Chef de Rang - Town House Boutique Hotel and Bottega del Gusto Locarno (reported profession) Tasks: • take and manage reservations through the Localina reservation system • co-responsible for the daily mise en place • welcome and bid farewell to customers • serving dishes and drinks • advise the customer • prepare the bill and collect payment • courteous communication with customers and colleagues • responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, order and cleanliness of their own range • take care of cleaning independently: clean cutlery or glasses, dispose of waste, empty bottles, general cleaning work Requirements: • previous experience in the sector • if necessary, flexibility to work in other Seven Group locations • excellent knowledge of the menu, drinks and wines • ability to work in a team • good knowledge of Italian • cat.B driver's license Employment details: • workplace Locarno • employment from 30 - 100% • employment immediately, indefinite period • shift work, night work, Sunday work and holiday work • salary based on the CCNL of the hotel and restaurant sector
