Job Title Insurance & Claims Management Clerk Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Duration of employment: until 31.12.2026. Continued employment beyond this point is fundamentally not excluded. Area of responsibility Support in day-to-day business (80-100%) Processing and coordination of email inquiries regarding insurance products. These are mainly inquiries from employees in the dealer network (B2C environment) on topics such as: • Discrepancies between offer and policy • Missing or incorrect documents • Questions regarding contract processing • Special and problem cases outside of the process • Coordination of clarification cases with internal and external partners Important: No insurance technical consulting is expected. The focus is on organizational and coordinative activities as well as ensuring clean case processing. Claims Management Support Tasks include: • Support in the coordination of claim cases • Processing and follow-up of claim notifications • Support in hail damage processes for existing financed vehicles • Control and support function in claims processing • Coordination between dealers, insurers, and internal departments Qualifications Desired Profile Professional requirements • At least 3 years of professional experience in the insurance environment Ideally experience in claims processing • Knowledge in the area of motor vehicle insurance is an advantage • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel • Quick comprehension of new systems and processes • Structured and independent way of working Particularly desirable • Experience in dealing with claims management • Experience in leasing, financial services, or automotive-related environments is an advantage Personal requirements • Service-oriented personality • Organizational talent • Team player and resilient • Enjoyment in coordinating a wide variety of contact persons • Open to new topics and project work Language skills • German business fluent
