HR Business Partner (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks:
Holistic support and advisory for managers and employees at the Embrach and Tessin locations
Ensuring professional and uniform HR operations at the supported locations
Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle from recruiting and onboarding via personnel development and performance management to offboarding
Advising managers on labor law and personnel-related issues
Independent recruitment of specialists and managers
Participation in and partial management of HR projects, e.g., digitalization, organizational development, health management and employer branding
Support in the further development of HR processes as well as organizational and personnel development
Regular presence at the Embrach and Tessin locations

What you bring with you:
Completed basic training with further training in the HR field, e.g., HR-Fachausweis, CAS HRM or studies with an HR focus
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function
Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and the social insurance system
Experience in advising managers as well as in HR projects
Very good German and Italian skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
Strong communication, trustworthy and solution-oriented personality
Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
Willingness to travel for regular assignments in Tessin
