Call Agents for Inbound

We are looking for several Call Agents for inbound for long-term employment. Your area of responsibility includes, among other things: • Conducting and documenting incoming telephone calls • Answering emails in the administrative area • Receiving and processing malfunctions • Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice Requirements: • fluent and accent-free German, as well as Swiss German understanding • other languages such as French, English, Italian are an advantage - are a plus • good PC skills and good IT user knowledge • initial experience in technical customer support is an advantage • willingness to work shifts • as well as good communication and advisory skills round off your profile
